Who We Are
Heart To Heart Assisted Living is a compassionate, assisted living facility in San Antonio, Texas. We care for seniors ages 65+, including those with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and veterans. Our services include daily support, medication assistance, nutritious meals and snacks, engaging activities such as bingo, arts and crafts, massage therapy visits, and an onsite hairdresser. We focus on dignity, comfort, safety, and creating a warm family centered environment where every resident feels valued and cared for.
